WhatsApp Check-in: the guest checks in before arriving.
Sojori handles check-in on WhatsApp: each guest sends a photo of their ID, read automatically, signs the stay contract online and chooses their arrival time. Sojori prepares the police registration form for each guest and sends an automatic reminder if check-in is not done.
The check-in steps
The guest fills in no paper form and uses no app: everything happens in the WhatsApp conversation, in their language.
- Each guest on the stay checks in, one by one.
- The photo of the ID is read automatically.
- The police registration form is prepared for each guest.
- The stay contract is signed online.
- The guest chooses their arrival time.
- An automatic reminder is sent if check-in is not done.
- Access codes are sent only once check-in is done, if you choose so.
What you see
Check-in is a stay step followed by the Guest Service Agent and the Operations Agent. As long as it moves forward, nothing is asked of you. When it passes its deadline, a line appears in your dashboard with its cause, for example "IDs are missing: the guest did not reply to the reminder".
For whom
WhatsApp Check-in works for concierge companies, riads, guesthouses, residences and hotels, with the Sojori PMS or with your own.
