We collect the minimum data necessary to provide and improve the service: β€’ Contact details (name, email, phone) provided during sign-up or demo requests. β€’ Business information (company name, number of properties, role) shared when engaging with our services. β€’ Guest data (names, passport scans, contact details) processed on behalf of our users for check-in and identity verification. β€’ Technical data (IP address, browser type, device, access logs) collected automatically for security and performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: β€’ Provide and operate the Sojori platform. β€’ Process demo requests and appointment scheduling. β€’ Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, task alerts). β€’ Improve service quality, fix bugs and develop new features. β€’ Ensure platform security and prevent fraud. β€’ Comply with legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only when necessary: β€’ With infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, MongoDB Atlas, AWS) that process data on our behalf under strict contractual safeguards. β€’ With integrated services (WhatsApp Business API, Channex, Rentals United) to the extent required for their operation. β€’ With legal authorities when required by law or court order. All sub-processors are bound by data-processing agreements compliant with GDPR and Moroccan data-protection law.

4. Data Hosting & Security

Your data is hosted in France (Google Cloud europe-west9, Paris) and encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We implement access controls, audit logging and regular security reviews to protect against unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus six (6) months. Guest data processed on behalf of users is retained according to the user's settings and applicable local regulations.
