Terms of Service

Effective date: March 1, 2025

These Terms of Service govern the use of Sojori's platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Scope

Sojori provides property management and orchestration software for short-term rental operators. The platform enables users to manage properties, reservations, guest communication, staff coordination, dynamic pricing and owner reporting through a centralised interface. Sojori acts as a technology provider and is not a party to any rental agreement between hosts and guests.

2. Account & Access

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Your account is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Sojori immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscription, Fees & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually according to the plan selected. All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are due in advance. In the event of non-payment, Sojori reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform after reasonable notice. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law or as specified in your plan's trial terms.

4. Free Trial

New accounts may benefit from a free trial period of one (1) month. During the trial no payment information is required. At the end of the trial the account will be suspended unless a paid plan is activated. No data is deleted during suspension; you may reactivate at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including local short-term rental regulations. Users are responsible for the accuracy of property listings, descriptions, pricing and availability. Sojori is not responsible for double bookings, pricing errors, regulatory fines, or disputes arising from inaccurate user-provided data.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Sojori collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing, improving and securing the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Guest data processed through the platform (passport scans, contact details) is handled in accordance with GDPR and Moroccan data-protection law (Loi 09-08). Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

7. Integrations & Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to WhatsApp Business API, Channex, Rentals United and payment gateways. Sojori is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of these third-party services. Your use of integrated services is subject to their own terms.

8. Service Availability

Sojori aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Sojori shall not be liable for outages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet disruptions, third-party API failures, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sojori's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Sojori shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos and documentation remain the exclusive property of Sojori SAS. Users may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

11. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Sojori may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, the competent courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

Sojori may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
