Sojori Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Sojori's platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Service Scope

Sojori provides property management software for vacation rental operators. The service allows users to manage properties, bookings, and pricing through a centralized platform.

2. Account & Usage

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Your account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Fees & Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually based on your chosen plan.
All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
In case of non-payment, Sojori may suspend or terminate your account.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with Moroccan laws and avoid fraudulent or illegal activities.
Sojori is not responsible for double bookings, incorrect pricing, or disputes with third parties.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of property listings, descriptions, and pricing.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data only for service operation and improvements.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
By using Sojori, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

Sojori may update, modify, or discontinue certain features without prior notice.
Planned service interruptions will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

Sojori is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
We are not liable for losses related to system downtime, incorrect property data, or external booking platforms.
Users assume full responsibility for how they use the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software remain the exclusive property of Sojori.
Users may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the service.

9. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Sojori may terminate accounts due to non-payment or policy violations.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the Casablanca Chamber of Commerce.
